A trailer for the first workshop production of Wooden Mouth, written and directed by Barry Cavin
Wooden Mouth (what the French call a hangover) is a hybrid play: one part film and one part live theatre. A couple leans into the abyss of their relationship beset by time sickness at the edge of their loss. The real story takes place on film and the guilt-induced nightmares are played out live on stage. As in life, the pictures are real; what we live through is only the imagined monsters of grief and regret.
